NOTE:  We would like to be able to send your child words of encouragement especially if he/she
would happen to miss a session due to illness.
By enrolling my child in the Trim Kids Program, I agree to the terms of payment of Three Hundred
Sixty ($360.00) Dollars per each twelve- (12) week session of enrollment.  Any items returned for
NSF will result in an additional charge of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars and full payment in cash will be
required to continue for the remainder of the twelve- (12) week program.
